Create Account →2 Add a Customer
Create customer profiles to organize your hair analyses. Go to Customers and click Add Customer.
Required: First name, Last name
Optional: Email, Phone, External ID, Notes
3 Choose Analysis & Upload
Navigate to Dashboard, select your customer, choose an analysis type, and upload hair images (JPEG or PNG, max 5MB).
Available Analysis Types:
- Hair Counting — Strand count + follicular unit grouping (1 credit)
- Density Analysis — Strand count + hairs per cm² metrics (1 credit, requires calibration)
- Baldness Analysis — Norwood stage classification (1 credit)
- Before/After — Compare two images for treatment progress (2 credits)
💡 Tip: You can upload multiple images at once. Overview images are free.
4 View Results
Analysis completes in seconds. Results vary by analysis type:
- Hair Counting: Strand count, hair group breakdown, annotated image
- Density: All counting metrics plus hairs/cm², hairs/mm², per-region data
- Baldness: Norwood stage (I-VII), annotated image
- Before/After: Side-by-side annotated images, comparison summary
